On Sunday 17th July, BANA Ambassador Sara Crosland met with Jo Pavey MBE, British long-distance runner and a World, European and Commonwealth medallist. Sara talked about her Acoustic Neuroma diagnosis and living with the aftermath of the challenges it has left her with. they include fatigue, hearing loss, issues with balance and visual impairment. Sara also spoke about her upcoming challenge, ‘LEJOG’. Sara plans to break the record of running from Lands End to John O Groats.
