Group meetings are open to members, their families, friends and carers. Non-member guests are also welcome to attend (the first meeting free). Speakers from the medical or therapy professions often give presentations at our meetings.
All of our support groups are hosted by one of our member volunteers, and without our volunteers, we simply could not offer them.
We also run virtual support groups, again hosted by a team of great volunteers. We know that not everyone can get to an ‘in-person’ group, and we want to reach out to as many of you as possible.
This page will tell you when our groups are running, and we will always invite those who have expressed an interest in attending a group in or near your location. You can also view all group meetings on the events page. Our office team can provide further information.
We are always seeking new group volunteer hosts. If you want to know more about being a volunteer host, please get in touch.
